PC try to start but they turn off after 1s

Hi, today i buy a new Motherboard and Liquid Cooler, i put all as usual i do, but when i try to start for the first time PC its turn off after a 1s...

All leds, fan of the cooler, motherboard, gpu is turn on...

Seems it's a short circuit

I try removing and put a lot of cables, i remove ram, GPU, but nothing...

One friend says maybe its a short circuit with the motherboard and the case, (dont tried yet)

What it can be the problem?

Motherboard: MSI Z370 Carbon
Cooler: Aeroocool P7-L240

So i find the problem...
MSI Z370 its not supported with my i5-6600k, only 8th generation...
I change the motherboard to the same but Z270 and now its work
