Question Pc trying to turn on then shuts off

so i just built this pc and it has not been working for weeks because of this i searched it up and no one is having the same problem so whats happening is that the power button and gpu light up when i hit the power button followed by a clicking sound and then it mshuts off immedietly but the motherboard is still in idle i have replaced every part except the gpu but my other gpu that im trying is also doing the same thing

CPU:AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
RAM:Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
MOTHERBOARD:TUF GAMING B550 Pro
CPU COOLER:GALAHAD AIO 240 RGB LIAN LI

Have you updated the motherboards BIOS to run the 5900X using the BIOS Flash feature? (you need at least 1401 version)
