[SOLVED] PC tuning on And off repeatedly

Components:

GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600x
MB: Asrock B450M PRO 4
RAM: 2X8
PSU: Corsair CV 550w

After i press power button PC Is starting and after about 10 sec turns off itself and after 1-2 sec turns on again
This repeats until I press the psu turn off button. Buyed new CPU,MB and PSU and it still reseting itself repeatedly
Removed hard disk, CD Rom, RAMs,GPU, fans until only CPU, MB, PSU were connected. And it still does reset. I am hopeless
I don't know what to do next.

take it out of the case and assemble it on a table or something safe. Does it still do this?
If not then look for something in the case sorting out the motherboard, like a standoff in the wrong place or standoffs not being installed at all.
