How fans are connected in computer? Uneducated guess: Faulty or improperly connected fan hub. Or too much fans connected to motherboard fan header without separate powered hub.
There are 2 fans only for motherboard , one connected to Cha _ fan3 , corsair one on the other side , but i feel like i dont think its a fan problem or it is i dont know , fans turn off sometimes and sometimes it doesnt when pc turn on , also sometimes cpu fans run fast when i turn it on but no display like today i turned on pc when i left it for couples hrs , it works and i tried to use some old games and it shutdown , do u think its a dead motherboard thanka for the reply i really need help

Estimable
Honestly if such glitches wasn't noticed before and suddenly began only recently, I would start with checking if mains socket and cable connection in PSU mains socket didn't came loose. And probably would borrow different PSU to check if mine is not failing.

If PSU works fine, you don't use separate fan hub and made particular rig recently, then return to fan connection. Motherboard is Asus Z170 Pro Gaming, as I see. Check again how fans are connected.
  • CPU cooler with PWM connector goes to CPU_FAN header - and only here.
  • Case fans must be connected only to CHA_FAN1, CHA_FAN2 or CHA_FAN3 headers.
According to case fan type - DC (2 wires) or PWM (3 wires) - set appropriate fan type in BIOS under "Q-Fan Configuration - Extension fan 1/2/3 Q-Fan Control".

If all above is done correctly then you should have adequate fan speed regulation without weird quirks like permanent 100% speed. And built-in LEDs if fans have them, must be steady lit.

Thank you for the reply , i checked the cpu and cha fans both of them set correctly cha1 and 2 also the cpu cooler set correct literally near the cpu cooler , the problem is when this happen 10 mins after i turn it on , i get a black screen freeze or just off no display ,have to turn it off again , turn it on again and i get no display with 2 fans blinking and also the cpu red led blink very fast , its so weird what is happening , i highly believe its a motherboard issue but i have a quwstion , if the motherboard is faulty does it sometimes show a display? Or it doesnt show at all , atleast i would like to know

EDIT : i plugged other usb including keybaord mouse etc turn it on , it show the asus logo with color screen , and the fans runs fast after with loud noise , turn it off again waited for abit i turn it on again after like an hour , played for like 2 hours with no problems no error ,its like a new rig , i dont know what is causing this to happen , if its not mother board then im confused
Today i turn it on when i woke up , to see if anything , pc turn on but no post , after 10 sec of turning it on fans led turn off , its like not getting enougu power , everything was normal yesterday and i play alot with no problems i dont know what next i should do , its not overheating , gpu while playing is 55 to 60c , cpu is 50 when gaming or 60 idle 32
