Hello, like 2 weeks ago after a blackout, i went to turn on my pc but it did no BEEP, so no POST nor nothing else, just turn on the ram rgb led and the fans,
i've the mobo speaker on the mb but there is no beep.
The CPU is FX-8320, and motherboard was a ASUS M5A97 EVO R 2.0 that has the RED CPU LED bright on when i turn on the pc.
I've read many post on this forum and other, i've tried already many things such as:
Do you think that i could now send the mobo back and try another CPU, do you think that could be both of them?
Can i run other test to maybe definetly see if it's the cpu or mobo?
Another thing that i don't know if its important is that my ram module are 4x2 CRUCIAL TACTICAL BALLISTIX and when i turn pc on the green led on top turn on but they don't do any "animations" ad they used to do.I'm just saying this detail because i thought that maybe the cpu should tell the ram module to start the "led animation" after post(as it was doing when it was working) so it's the cpu that is faulty and therefore i tried to change the mobo when it was useless.
Or maybe the problems could be both the mobo and the cpu?I'm asking this because i want also to know if i can send back the mobo or if maybe i have to test this new mobo with the new cpu.
Thank you for your patience, if you have any more question or maybe idea on other test i can run just tell me and i will try.

- Start it without ram, with only one module, i've tried every combination
- Change the bios battery, remove it for resetting the BIOS, shorting the pin on the mobo and everything
- Tried to boot without gpu to see if maybe a beep or anything would happen but nothing(Also tried to connect with VGA of MOBO)
