pc turn on but nothing on monitor

hi guys so recently i've been checking my cpu to see if there's any loose cable. after i did that, i try to turn on my pc. the fans and other working properly, but on my monitor it says hdmi no signal. also my keyboard and mouse didn't turn on. what is the problem ??

clear the cmos with the jumper or pull the battery with the power off for 10 min if nothing try another power supply.

i've been using 1 ram and no ram, still nothing on the screen

have you tried reseating everything? the ram, the cpu, the gpu and even the sata cables? also did you remove the cmos battery like what smorizio said. Basically your PC refuses to POST and it could mean a lot of things.
