I force turned off my PC which ended up turning the fuse switch off and then when I've gone to turn it on again it won't and the LEDs are also not present is the PSU fried???

I have a Corsair RM 1000w

I'm nervous because I haven't got the money to replace the whole system if other components are fried.

Solution
Seeing your answer, it very well could have been that the circuit breaker was tripped or they replaced your extension cord/power strip. You'll have to ask to be sure. Glad to hear you're up and running again.
What do you mean "forced turned off"? You mean you hit the main power switch on the PSU instead of shutting down like normal? That shouldn't cause an issue where it toasts your rig. Unplug everything, let it sit that way for a while, and seeing there's a fuse on the back that should be removable and replaceable, check it when you've got everything unplugged. Plug it all in again and see if it fires up after you've checked the fuse or replaced it. If it still won't power up, your PSU may be hosed.

Basically I pressed down the power button on the computer and it turns itself off. As I did this the fuse box switch flipped and all the power upstairs went.out

Once this occured my motherboard and GPUs LEDs were still flashing as power was still going through them after the cut occured could this mean that they are working of so it's good because I only care about the GPU the rest can be replaced
