Hi everyone

I have a problem with my 1 year old PC after a power outage caused of the circuit breaker (the switch that automaticcaly turned off when the house load is high, thats what circuit breaker is right?). This power outage issue is not the first time. But usually when i switch the breaker back on, PC will boot normally after i turned off some electronics in the house. But this time, it wont turned at all. Im guessing that something has been fried since i dont unplug the psu cord from the wall outlet when i swithced on the circuit.

Ive got an usb audio interface and the led indicator is on, it even picks the noise signal from my mic. And the ethernet led on the back is also lighted up. But it doesnt do anything when i turn the pc on with button on the case or jump it directly from the mobo pin

I finally saw some hope after i removed and put back the cmos battery and boot with only processor. The proc fan spin and light but the mobo speaker constantly beeping i assume that indicate the missing ram so i forced turned off by holding the seitch button. And then i put the ram one at a time in every slots and with every possible combination. The cpu fan works and now mobo speaker sound 5 kinda long beeps and turned off automaticcally. When i tried the ram and slots combination, i have to always reset cmos or it wont turned on at all.

After googled the symptoms, some said it could be a cpu failure or missing gpu. So i put the gpu and reset the cmos again. Now it turned on alright without any beeps. Sometimes it display the asrock logo and a kind of bios reseted notification and suddenly off, but sometimes it dont display anything and just turned off again after a few secs.

I tried to use my friend's PSU but symptoms are the same

My system :
Asrock b365m hdv
I3 9100F (no integrated graphic, so i cant get any display without gpu)
2 x 8GB hyperx fury 2400mhz i think
Zotac gtx 1650 super
Adata SU650 (OS)
Seagate barracuda (Data)
PSU Digital Alliance 500W 80+ Bronze

I would really appreciate any helps
Thanks

From my experience, if the power supply didn't take a hit, the motherboard could have gone bad.

When stuff happens like that (Power outage, mains tripping) its always recommended to turn off the PSU switch before the power comes back on or turning on the mains power back. The PSU can only take so much work in filtering the power that eventually it'll damage something. Would highly recommend getting a surge protector or a good quality UPS/AVR.

Could also be another part that is broken though.

Thanks for your input

Actually ive planned to buy a UPS but not really sure which one is the best deal for me so i hold it until the disaster happened lol. The thing is, im not sure which part is damaged because of this. I would really appreciate if anyone has any experience with the symptoms like mine. cause i dont have any spare hardware to test and find the troubled part

Kind of tough without spare parts.
Make it smaller.
One stick of ram.
Unplug all disk.
