Question PC turned off, got a bluescreen and beeping after restart.

Hello, I don’t know what happened. I was playing a game and suddenly the computer turned off, reset, got a bluescreen (I don't remember what was there but something Kernel) and started beeping when I tried to start it again. I guess it was a long beep from AMI. I think so because I immediately turned it off after hearing this.. could be a disk or a RAM? Month ago I formatted the disk and added 2GB of RAM. What may be the reason? it worked fine before this restart.
Disk is HDD. (Old one)
Ram DDR2 800mhz CL5 and CL6
I’m sorry if this is a bad section but I don't think I can enter the system coz a bluescreen which was also not in normal resolution.

Anything could be wrong, but if it's a kernel error, your HDD might have bad sectors (a permanent issue) and needs to be retired, lol.

should I try to turn on pc without the disk? I took out the battery from the mobo, cleared the RAM inputs and I dont know if try to turn on. Computer reactions sometimes frighten me .-.
