PC turning off after exact 2 hours of usage and won't turn on again for 3-4 hours despite stable CPU temps

PC turning off after exact 2 hours of usage and won't turn on again for 3-4 hours despite stable CPU temperature. Is my Motherboard or PSU dying? These are the readings on HWMonitor

My PC Specs.
Intel Core i7 950
8GB RAM DDR3 at 1066MHz
Nvidia Geforce GTS 450
Gigabyte GE-P610A-C2 610W PSU
Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R mobo

UPDATE: Now it's not even turning on. These two lights are on whenever I try to power it.

I would try another PSU if you have one or can access one.
