PC turning off while booting

I installed windows 10 on my PC and updated the BIOS to the latest version. My motherboard is ASUS M5A97LE R2.0
I have a problem... When I switch on my PC, it turns off automatically while booting.... i.e....just as the windows loading logo appears. When I switch it ON again, it starts without any problem and I can use it as long as I can.
If I enter the BIOS before booting and exit BIOS, it boots and starts without any problem.
I'm not understanding the problem.... Can anyone help me??

Hello raygetter

Assuming that you are talking about a desktop computer, I was wondering if you have already tried clearing the CMOS by powering off the PC, pulling out its CMOS battery, leaving the computer alone for 30 minutes to 45 minutes, putting the CMOS battery back in, and then starting the computer normally?

The suggestion and solution given here may also be of some help.

for clear my cmos a just jump it for 5 seconds, then enter to bios and load defaults, save the changes and reboot...
