Question PC turning off while playing fairly light games

Recently my computer's been suddenly shutting down after around 10 minutes of playing Roblox (I didn't test it with any other game), but the lights and coolers are still on, I've had the same parts since I bought the computer, also around 10 days ago I changed my energy's plan so I could use more things at a time, I don't know if this has anything to do but I've had this issue for around a week too.

I dont know a lot about computer parts so please simplify it a bit so I can understand

There are many possible reasons that can cause the shutdown problem. I think you should check once
Overheating, PSU problem, virus problem, driver issue, other driver issues

cpu temp while not playing is around 35°c to 40°c and while playing its the same but the gpu temp goes to 60+

well you can check the things i just sent, i've updated all my drivers just yesterday and it's still the same, checked for viruses and nothing
