Question PC turning off ?

I've been having an issue with my pc lately where when I turn it on for the very first time it automatically turns off after 5 seconds as in fully shuts off as if someone was holding down the power button. but once I clicked the power button again to turn it on again it'll be fine. It seems to do this every time!
