PC Turning on and off

My pc keeps turning off and on. I only built it in late July. Every part except the GPU was new. It should be noted I was messing around in bios trying to enable my 2nd monitor however I think it’s coincidence this started happening soon after bc I changed no major setting except changing which GPU (1060 or 2200G) was my primary GPU. I reset bios too. I also did some cable management last night before this happen I think however all I did was move a few cables and plugged them back in. I made sure no case fans are unplugged as well. The only major thing I did is move the SSD to the basement. I really don’t think this caused it either because it just doesn’t make sense. Temps are a bit warm in my case but not too hot. Around idle my GPU is 50 and while gaming its 60ish. My CPU stays under 50. Those temps are staying the same rn but it’s still shutting off. It can’t be the RAM bc I only have one ram stick so if it was bad the PC just wouldn’t boot. (Right?) anyways here are my specs
2200G
ASRock b350pro4
GTX 1060 gigabyte gaming g1 3GB
8GB GLOWAY DDR4 ram
EVGA 500WBQ PSU
850 evo.

Also last night my PSU got so loud I thought it was a leaf blower. Probably the PSU sadly but just wanna make sure
