So after shutting down the PC at night without a problem, I wake up and turn the PC on but noticed that there is no display and no power from the USB ports. So I take the GPU out and use onboard VGA and after removing the battery and waiting few minutes before putting it back still nothing, so I reset CMOS and still nothing. So I decided to take the battery out and don't put it back reset CMOS and unplug my HDD from the MOBO and then my PC worked, so I turn it off put the battery back plug the HDD back and a keyboard, but this time it doesn't turn back on. Now nothing helps, I even bought a new battery but it didn't help. I have also tried resetting the RAM trying only one RAM but still nothing. My MOBO is H81-S2h, CPU I5 4460 and PSU CX600m. Sorry for the rather bad English but I hate using phones to type big chunks of text.

Solution
a regular 4590 and an h81 will work fine together., along with the ram.

It's wierd that even with a new CMOS battery it still won't boot... I'd say it's still cheaper to try a 3rd CMOS battery if you can, because it's surely cheaper than a whole new motherboard, but that seems to be the connecting issue, and one you can't really fix if it is somehow the CMOS socket.

Okay, so after reading few more threads I gave up and said that my MOBO is dead. Since I needed to buy a new one, I thought why not try to reset the CMOS while the PC is running, it surely couldn't break even more than it already did. So I took the battery out, powered on the PC (Still no display and usb power) and touched the 2 pins with a screwdriver, it turned off while I was still touching it, took the screwdriver off of it, next thing I notice it powers on automatically and my keyboard lights up and displays comes on. So I turned it off, put the battery back in, and it didn't work. So I took it out again, turned the PC on, and it powered on without a problem (Other than loading default BIOS settings). So the question is, do I still need a new MOBO or is there a way to fix this? Perhaps a reloading the BIOS somehow?

Yes, without the battery I'm able to get past BIOS after loading default settings and then into windows and use it as nothing happened. So I most likely new a new MOBO? Is there any cheaps one you can recommend? The CPU isn't unlocked so I won't be doing any overclocking any time soon. Or should I just buy the same one? Ram is DDR3 1600Mhz Kingston HyperX genesis. CPU I5 4590 (Listed the wrong one first time).
The PSU seems fine, might not be the best but it's better than a generic one that comes with a pre-build PC.
This one seems like a good one:

Although I'm not sure, I've been out the hardware market for a long time now.

Well, without the CMOS battery everything works fine. But as soon as I put it in, it doesn't work. Also after turning the PC off and turning it on in the morning I need to reset CMOS again in order for it to work, otherwise if I just try to power it on the first problem happens (No display and usb power). Not sure if thats because I have no battery.
I tried 2 different new batteries all of which had the same effect, the PC wouldn't work. My luck isn't the best, but I would have to be cursed for that to happen. It seems as if the BIOS got fried/corrupted/broken somehow and it cant be read, hence why it works without the battery. Although I'm no engineer.
Thanks anyway, I will be ordering the new MOBO and hopefully it will work just fine.
