Question Pc turning on but no display

around 2 weeks ago i tried turning on my pc to play as I did the night before but it wouldn't display on my monitor nor would my mouse/keyboard light up, I thought it was the RAM and for a moment it was working but as soon as I tried updating my drivers the PC crashed and the same problem occurred. Any help would be great. My mob is a machinist x99 rs9

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

but as soon as I tried updating my drivers the PC crashed and the same problem occurred.
Might want to walk us through how you updated the drivers and what driver you tried updating.
