Question PC turning on but no lights or display on monitor

first time posting here, so not exactly sure where to put this
basically, my computer randomly entered sleep mid gaming session, and wouldnt turn back on, so i went to bed. the next morning, it would not display anything on the monitor, and i let it rest while off. now, when i turn it on, i can hear a grinding sound from the fans, meaning it's getting power, but there are no lights indicating it's on, and nothing is displayed on my monitor.

AMD FX 8350 CPU, MSI 970a Krait edition mobo, thermaltake TR2 600W PSU, AMD FX8350 CPU, geforce gtx 1060 OC, 12gb RAM, Sandisk SSD 500gb, and Asus & lightscribe disk ports. Let me know if something may be missing, mighg have skipped over something
