Question pc turning on but there is no display

Hello, i just got a new motherboard + new cpu + new cooler + new m.2 + new ram's
MBO: "GIGABYTE B550M K" - CPU : "RYZEN 7 5700X" - COOLER: "ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports" - M.2: "Kingston KC3000" - RAMS: "Kingston Fury Beast 32GB DDR4 3200 CL16"
and i have rtx 2070 with PSU 700W, when i tried to turn on the pc its turn on fans working normally keyboard & mouse lighting but there is no display also i recognized when i plug the display port on gpu fans turns to be quit when i remove the display port fans are running fast i tried to plug the display port on the motherboard same thing no display
when i reinstalled my old motherboard Z390 with i5 8400 pc working well without any problem
can you help me finding the issue ?

I'm guessing Windows 10 was happy with your old hardware, not the new. Think you need a fresh Windows install.
 
And what does it say on your motherboards box? There should be a sign saying either 3000 ready or 5000 ready? Many B550 boards will be shipped that have the updated BIOS to run the 5000 series cpu's but there are many that also will not and you will have to do the BIOS update yourself but as your particular motherboard does not have the BIOS flash feature, you will need a 3000 series cpu in order to do it.

my motherboard box said ryzen 5000 ready
is it updated bios or i need to get ryzen 3000 and try to update it ?
