[SOLVED] PC turning on for a moment and then shutting off.

I’ve been working on this computer for weeks. I’ve tried 3 PSUs, 2 CPUs, 2 MOBOs, 2 different RAM sticks, different outlets.
650w Corsair
8GB DDR4 Vengeance RAM
Intel i5 lga 1151
MSI z370 -A Pro MOBO
Any help is greatly appreciated, I’m about ready to run this whole system over with my car.

Make sure you don’t have any standoffs under short circuiting your mobo.

Let's get a full list of specs. Exact PSU, exact RAM, exact CPU, etc. In addition, really need a full history of the problem; there's no indication whether this is a new build or an existing build having a problem. And if the latter, when did it start.

There's just a lot of information missing here. For the best chances at fixing your issue, we need to have access to as much information about your PC as you do, but we can only go by what you tell us.

Could you elaborate on short circuiting? Also it does not post.

If you have a stand-off underneath the motherboard that isn’t lined up with the screw holes on the mobo that that metal contact touching the mobo will short the board.
