Question PC turning on without use of button

my PC is turning on(not waking up from sleep) as soon as i give the power supply.without me turning on the cpu button.the only way i can stop it is by using the psu switch at the back.
so i typed the command in cmd-powercfg - devicequery wake_armed
and it returned me --- keyboard,mouse and Realtek Pcie GBE family controller.
I just wanna know if the realtek controller is turning my pc on or not and also my pc takes a bit of time after i hit the shutdown button to shutdown.
morover I changed ny cmos battery recently.
and my system config-
processor-i5-2310
mobo-asus H61M-C
HDD-Toshiba 500gb
Graphics card - zotac 1050ti
PSU- Iball 500W
and also these things are happening recently i.e. 2 to 3 days

Best guess your power switch on your case has messed up and is constantly closed. Try removing the pwr sw header and see if it still comes on when you turn on the power supply. If not short those two pins with a screwdriver if it comes on then it's confirmed

Is there any pattern in your PC turning on? Does it happen at a certain time, or maybe always a minute after powering off?

Please try as Supahos advised regardless, it's always good to rule out hardware related issues.
