why dos my pc keep turning on affter i have turned it off. thanks

yep . its my sis pc . she has said that she got to the windows icon bottom left click then to power then shut down , pc shuts down then 3-5 mins then just starts up again , the only way she can turn it off is by the mains .

Probably the power button is push in to deep and it press on the whole time.
Try wiggling the power button and make sure it has some space when pressed.
Another thing you can do is scan the PC for malware using Malware-bytes anti Malware free version.

hi unreal9400 thank you for you help . i will ask my sis to see if button stuck .
just been to pc world and asked in there and i have been told that there is a software glitch in windows 10 and that said the only way thay know is you have to reboot from scratch take it back to factory settings , if say who have win 8 , take it back to that then reload win 10 then put every thing like your printers and that , if this is right hope this helps other ppl ...... thanks
