The computer just randomly shutting off the other day. No post problems, no bsod, no visual artifacs, temps are 60 and below.

The hdd isn't making any weird noises.

I bought a new psu, listed above thinking it was the unit. That seemed to work for a week, but it happened again.

I'm baffled.

Solution
If there's no blue screens then that means it's something Windows cannot see, so it has to be hardware related. You said you replaced the PSU, so I would troubleshoot with the rest of the hardware. Take the RAM modules out one at a time, the GPU, etc. You will eventually find the culprit. Just have to do some trial and error here.

I literally am in the middle of this exact same situation. The solution to your problem may not be the same as mine, but my issue was that my CPU was overheating. When I was idling it was fine, but once i started running a game for more than 15 minutes it started to spike all the way up to 82 degrees until it just black screened and died. Just ordered a new CPU fan and thermal paste to go with it so hopefully that might fix my issue, maybe it's yours too?

I was able to test my CPU temps with HWiNFO. Someone suggested it so I downloaded, then ran it, then started playing a game until it crashed. Then I just rebooted and opened the excel file the program made and it gives ton of info. Here's a link to the forum I posted a few days back.

My ACER is doing the same thing... I'm just hoping it's not the MOBO or Proc.

My temps are also low, in the mid 50c range... reboots do not happen after load, just randomly.. I was hoping it was the PSU (cant find a 12 pin though.. haha I'm still googling for it).

have you checked your ram or any other components?

+1 to checking RAM. It's probably the easiest thing to check on a system and one of the most typically guilty culprits out there among parts. Memtest86 is a great piece of software for this.
