Pc turns off randomly??

My computer randomly turns of when its on it also turns of when i touch or wiggle the 24pin motherboard cable the big one(i found it out when i tried fixing it) Somthimes the pc just restart while other times i need to give my pc a little push for it ti start.Or when you touch top right on the motherboard. swapped my old cpu cooler to a new one, cooler matser h45 on my amd fx 4100 cpu. I have a cooler master g550m bronse power supply 8gb ddr3 ram and a gtx 670 zotac. Any help apreciated sorry for my bad english.

Low quality PSU. Tier 3. Do you have another PSU you can try?
Check for shorts.
