[SOLVED] PC Turns Off, won't turn on for a few minutes

Hi,

I have recently experienced this problem, twice already. I could not for the life of me, figure out which component could be causing the issue as everything is fairly new (Less than 1 Year). While I am experiencing the problem, the RGB lights on my mobo are on.
PS: I haven't cleaned this recently as compared to my other PC, it doesn't have a lot of dust build up.
BUILD:
Ryzen 5 2600
DeepCool Gammaxx L2240
Asus Rogstrix B450 Gaming
Coolermaster MWE Gold 550
2x 8gb G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200
MSI RX 580 8gb Gaming X
240 GB WD M.2
1TB WD HDD
Xigmatek Astro TG

All of these were purhcased at the same time. Temp from HWMonitor are within normal as well 38-40 deg C.

So even when the computer seems like it shutoff and no display the rgb is still on?

That's right. RGB is still on. Not sure if that's an indicator that the PSU is good or it's just running on some idle power.

When the system shuts off and refuses to power on for a period of time, that's the psu overheating...

Oh my. I thought that was an OK PSU. I'll go clean it and if it persists, I'll get a Focus Gold+
