Question PC Turns on after a few seconds turns off then after a few second turns back on no display

I Have a dell vostro 420 from 2008 Half a year ago It had a problem when I turns on after a few seconds turns off then after a few second turns back on no display
my specs are
gpu = amd radeon hd 7770 1gb
ram = 4gb ddr2
cpu = core 2 quad q8300 2.5 ghz
psu = Sumvision 500W ATX PSU X3

What OS are you running? Windows 10?

Overall, my first suspect would be the PSU.

However, you should take a look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes and warnings that precede the PC turning itself off.

Also, has the case been opened for cleaning and reseating of all components?

If that has not been done then give that a try. Get help from a knowledgeable family member or friend if necessary.

Its running win 7 I brought a new psu for it last week still didnt work

Motherboard? Did you try using the motherboard's built in GPU?

No error codes, beeps, pop-up Windows?

Safe mode?

Double check the PSU installation.

Also ensure that all cables, cards, RAM, jumpers are fully and firmly seated.

Cleaning?
