Question PC turns on and immediately off with no post beeps

I recently bought a HP Pavilion 690-0024 as it was on sale for about 600 bucks, I had no problems with it up until now, I was playing rust a few days ago and the PC just, shutoff, now everytime I press the power button it turns on for a split second then off immediately with no post beeps, the fans spin up with the system though, I checked the ram, with the single dimm out it did 3 long beeps and 2 short repeating until I turn the machine off, I put it back in, and back to square one, i tried to clear the cmos, both the battery and the jumper method and nothing, I thought of replacing the cpu but I'm not 100%. any advice?

No unfortunately, the main motherboard power cable is 4 pin, instead of even a 20 pin.

Wait, that is new HP...
Is it under warranty? That shuould've been my first question.

I wanted that to be a last resort, as HP customer support sucks.

Yeah but, you dont really know whats the issues, and I highly suggest you to RMA or troubleshoot with them atleast since its under warranty.
