Question PC turns on and off after installing new ram

Hi all, currently I'm facing some issues after I replaced of my two DDR3 2GB with one DDR3 8GB ram. My PC turns on for a few seconds and then offs again.
I'm currently using BIOs H81MDV3 for my mobo.
Anyone faced the same issue or have any idea whats going on with my pc?

exact model of the new ram?
does it work if you put only old ram back?

If you have a question about memory, I suggest listing the part number(s) and/or link to it.

That includes whatever, "replaced of my two DDR3 2GB" is.
