Question PC turns on and off after taking out the cmos battery and putting it back in

I was facing some problems with my gpu, and I tried switching from IGP to PEG. When I did that, my pc would boot up, but nothing would show up. I tried using vga from my motherboard: nothing. HDMI from the gpu: nothing. Then I tried clearing CMOS using the battery method, and after I did that, my pc turns on and then turns off shortly after. Can someone help me?
