Pc turns on and off repeatedly after cleaning

Ok, so I decided to clean my pc as it had been months since I last cleaned it....(the pc was working fine)
While cleaning,i unmounted the cpu fan and gpu for cleaning...
Now while turning on the pc , the power goes on and off repeatedly...
On for lyk 5 secs and then off and the loop continues.
What could have gone wrong?
Any help guys.?!

Well if you have been removing cpu then try reseating cpu.

i havent removed the cpu, just the cooling fan..

Did you remove heatsink?? Did you apply new thermal paste. Quite possibly a thermal issue. Break down and reassemble is wise advice. Check cpu seating is ok.

Strip it down and re assemble it,only physical inspection will find the problem.

yeah...the gpu power cable wasn't connected properly....feel silly :|
