[SOLVED] PC turns on and off several times before turning on normally

Hello,

I have an issue where when I power on my Asus G10AC PC, it turns on and off for several times before continuing to turn on normally. When I restart from the OS, though, it restarts just fine, without turning on and off.

I presume that the issue is from the power supply. However, I need a way to verify that, since I don't want to buy a second power supply only to find out the power supply is not the issue. I also spent a lot of effort managing my non-modular PSU cables really well, so it would be nice to not have to do it all again.

Please advise. Thanks.

best way to find out is by using another PSU, or test that PSU in another pc configuration, thats the best way of identify everything before buying another psu or mobo.
