PC turns on and off when CPU connector is plugged in but stays on when it is disconnected

PC turns on and off when I plug in the CPU connector or “ATX12V1” but when I take it out there’s no signal on my monitor and the PC just stays running


My specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X
MOBO: ASRock AB350M Pro 4 Micro ATX
Ram: G Skills Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
HDD: Seagate 1TB
PSU: Rosewill 750 W
GPU: Gigabyte 1060 3GB

I’ve been having this problem and devastated and have already spent a ton on this I really hope nothing is broken or just replace something small like MOBO which is $75 I would really appreciate if you guys could help thanks

Check the CPU socket for bent pins. This seems like that type of an issue. Is the RAM DDR4?

No there are no pins bent and yes DDR4
