My pc suddenly turned off twice, only when I ran a game and the pc consumed more, then BSOD on me "iqrl less or equal.

PSU works, ram works and gpu works, tested on other systems and with other sticks of ram

The thing is now it won't boot up.

When I turn it on with all connected it turns for a split second. I started unplugging things and that time increased, when I only left the 24pin connector only, leds in my motherboard and fans spinned for about 10 seconds

when I connected cpu, the time was around 5 seconds, with ram and fans it was no more than 2 seconds, you get the idea.

My thoughts are a PSU capacitor not working properly.

SPECS:

PSU: EVGA 600W bronze plus
MOBO: Gigabyte GA B250m ds3h
CPU: G4560
RAM: 1x8gb 2400mhz (tested with two different 1x4 sticks on all the slots)
GPU: MSI GTX 1060 3GB
STGE: X1 Intel 545 256GB ssd, x1 HDD and 2 externals(usb3)

Thanks alot in advance

Solution
Appears to be a PSU issue.

First, confirm all wires/cables that have to be connected are connected properly.

If possible, try another known working PSU as a test. If necessary borrow another PSU from friend, neighbor etc.
