PC turns on and then turns off immediately when I put my RAM

So, I got this weird issue last Friday. At first my PC started restarting randomly, I thought my processor was overheating, so I rested the PC. At night, I tried turning it on and this issue happen.
My PC keep repeating to start but it won't start. But when I remove my RAM, it started up normally, but because there's no RAM my PC beeped, so I know it was normal. Then I assumed that maybe my PSU was broken.
So I tried removing my Graphics Card and putting my RAM in the slot, but again my PC keep repeating to start but can't. So anyone knows what the problem is? I assume that my RAM that is broken, but I don't have enough money to spend if the problem wasn't the RAM.

Intel Core i3 2100
DDR3 4GB Visipro
HDD WDC Blue 1TB
HDD Toshiba 500GB
Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti

Only thing you can do is test the system with another stick of RAM, if that does not work, you can then look into other issues.
