[SOLVED] PC turns on, but bios doesn't boot.

Hello,
I recently built my first pc and tried to power it on. When I did all the fans turned on, and the system power light turns on. Then nothing happens. I did everything in the sticked post and it still didn't start. Any advice?

ASRock B365M Pro4
Corsair CXM 550
16gb Corsair Vengeance LPX
GeForce GTX 1660 ti

Hi, Have you connected the monitor to graphics card, not to motherboard?

Will an external speaker not help in the same way?
