I turned on my PC a few days ago and nothing would come up on any of the monitors, the keyboard and mouse don't light up/turn on, and I can't even enter the BIOS menu.
All lights and fans turn on, the HDD spins up too, but nothing comes on screen.

The EZ Debug LED's show a constant light on the CPU LED, but I'm worried there are faults elsewhere because the lights on the case buttons, storage activity, power button, and so on have stopped working, and the motherboard speaker doesn't make any sound.
This setup is 10 months old.

So far i've tried:
  • Removing the CMOS battery for a few hours
  • Using a jumper cap to reset the BIOS manually
  • Removing the GPU and plugging the HDMI cable into the motherboard
  • Reseating the CPU
  • Using a different PSU that is currently working (i'm now using it on the PC i'm writing this post on)
  • Turning on with nothing but the bare minimum (power, CPU, monitor, 1 RAM stick, Keyboard and mouse) but nothing changed.
  • Trying each RAM stick separately in different slots
  • Plugging the power straight into the wall (monitors confirmed working as i'm currently using them with a different PC)
My system specs are:
  • CPU: i7-9700k @ 4.5GHz
  • GPU: Aorus RTX 2080 Super 8GB
  • Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon
  • RAM: 64GB Vengeance (not sure what speed they were running at)
  • PSU: Corsair HX1000i
  • HDD: Western Digital 6TB Black
  • SSD: Crucial 1TB 2.5inch SSD
  • NIC: TP-Link Archer TX3000E
