Question pc turns on but doesn’t boot

so i recently bought a bunch of new parts, i bought
i7 950
gtx 950
msi x58 proe mobo
coolermaster 212
3 4gb ram sticks gskill sniper
600w evga psu
i put it all together and it doesn’t display, i’ve tried my old ram sticks, i made sure they were in the right memory slot too, i reseated everything and still nothing, someone please help

and monitor connected to the gtx 950? which port?

What do you mean it turns on but doesnt boot? Do any fans spin or lights blink? You could make sure all connections are secure and PSU fan spins. Make sure front panel connectors are plugged in.

yes it’s connected to the 950 since the motherboard doesn’t have integrated graphics

the motherboard leds turn on the fans spin, just doesn’t boot
