Question PC turns on but fans spin at 100 and no display

My pc will turn on for like 2-3 hrs, then randomly freeze, i manually power off and when I try to reboot this is what happens. When I turn my pc on, the rgb turn on, the fans spin, but there is no display and no boot light sequence. I have tried a new mobo, cpu, gpu, ram, boot drive, psu, flashing bios, and monitors, and nothing seems to work. It was working perfectly fine other than my keyboard disconnecting for 2-3 seconds every now and then and I am stuck at what to do next.
