Pc turns on but mice, keyboard, and monitor show no signs.

This started happening a while ago.

Aproximently 3 months ago I got a new monitor, the Acer XF270H and sometimes my pc would turn on but show no signal to my monitor. Fast forward 3 months and now it will turn on but this time the monitor mouse and keyboard will not turn and appear as if my pc is not turned on. I unplugged everything and tried to see if that worked but to no avail nothing. As far as I can tell everything should work. The lights in my pc are on, no red lights or beeps either and it seems to be acting normal besides my monitor not displaying anything and my mouse and keyboard appearing to not be on. Do you think maybe it is my mobo acting up?

can be two issues. one the gpu has a failure. those evga are known to have bad vrm issue and can fail with no video. the other issue is your power supply it a ok unit. it may have died from age. i would see if the power supply is under warranty if itt not look at the seasonic newer focus power supply. for the video card try a test video card into your system.

I did manage to try and test just one ram card in each slot and that didn't work. Do you know if there's any way to test GPU or PSU ?

with a power supply you need a volt meter and check all of the colored wires output see if there within atx spec. the black wires are grounds. for gpu put it in another pc see if the error follows the gpu/

Question from Steven Villarreal : "URGENT HELP PC will not post!"

This started happening just a week ago but now it won't even post.

I have tried unpluging everything and seeing if that helps but to no avail nothing. I tried booting with just one ram stick in every ram card slot but that doesn't help either. Also I tried putting my graphics card in another PCIE slot and still nothing. My monitor which is on when I turn my pc on does detect when my pc powers on but is blank. My mouse and keyboard are also not turning on when I turn my pc on. What do you think it is? I get no beeps either and no weird lights, literally everything seems fine.

This started happening when I got a new monitor the Acer XF270H gaming monitor. The pc will turn on but will not post and the keyboard and mouse will not turn on. I tried unplugging the ram and then turning the pc on and it does not beep. Secondly I did try plugging the mouse and keyboard back in will it's on. The mouse flashes and shuts off but the keyboard doesnt show any signs of life. I have not tried unplugging anything else.

Have you encountered this problem before? If it's a motherboard problem then I would be screwed because the original manufacturers warranty would have already expired since it's been almost 5 years.

I'm open to any suggestions.
