I was cleaning my computer, unplugged every cable, GPU, CPU, heatsink, fans etc. After I got done cleaning and putting everything back in place, I tried turning on my PC. The case lights/fans, CPU lights/fans, GPU lights/fans and all other things inside seemed to work. However, my monitor gave me a "no signal" sign and the lights on my mouse and keyboard didn't light up. So can anyone give me any suggestions on what to do?

Just in case my PC specs:
CPU: i7-4770k
GPU: GTX 1070Ti
Motherboard: Asus Z97-k
RAM: 16 GB DDR3 1333-MHz
PSU: Seasonic M121-620
Case: Akasa Blade
Storage: 3x1 TB HDD(Raid 0)/ 1x120 GB SSD

Thanks in advance!😃

Edit: Forgot to mention that the PC will shut down and turn on itself every minute or so.

First double check the monitor is securely plugged into your GPU. Make sure all connections are secure and make sure nothing (ie GPU or ram) was knocked loose.
Could double check and Clear CMOS, although i dont think this will help.
Does the system work when monitor is plugged into mobo and using Igpu?

The RAM sticks [4x4 GB] are all secure, the same goes for the GPU. THE iGPU method didn't work as well.
