Please keep it to 1 thread.
I'm facing a very odd issue and I'm in deep need for help

My specs are
Aorus Elite B550M (used it for over a month)
Ryzen 5 5600 (non x) (used it for over a month)
RX 5700xt (Newely upgraded from GTX 950)
Cooler master 650w v2 MWE 80+ Bronze (Newely upgraded from CM 350w ELITE)
2x8GB ram asgard 3200mhz cl18 (used it for over a month)
CT300 4gen nvme (512gb used it for over a month)

Once I turn on my pc the display says "No signal" and stays black, the RGB & Fans start running normally on all my parts, but stays stuck like that for a very long time.

I tried:

Resetting CMOS battery
Restarting multiple times
My family's television
Changing some settings in bios "after the few rare times the pc booted up"
Reseating rams
Other ram sticks
Changing drivers "after the few rare times the pc booted up"
Windows 11 "after the few rare times the pc booted up"
Windows 10 "after the few rare times the pc booted up"
Cleaning PCIE & RAM slots
Unplugging my HDD
Unplugging panel cables
Installing my entire PC outside of the case
I also tried stress testing: (Memtest64 for 2 loops) GPU (Furmark 20minutes) CPU (Cpu burner & Prime95 Small ftt) I faced 0 problems besides few crashes in RE4 due to my very high settings (VRAM FATAL CRASH) otherwise I had no problems once I dropped settings slightly down.

When I shutdown my pc I have to try multiple times before and it always takes very long like 2mns to 20mns it turns on (in windows it says 35s for bios time but in reality it's 20s-25minutes )
When I restart it(after it turns on in those few occasions) boots up instantly (4.4sec in windows task manager)

I can't really figure out the problem I'm so terrified because where I live the idea of warranties & RMA's is just non existent, can any one provide a solution. I asked my friend to try my parts on his pc but he refused I have no options please help me.

Discussed it in PCgamers and I was suggested to post it here instead

I posted this thread few days ago regarding my issue with my PC not turning on sometimes though the fans and everything are spinning. After taking a 300km back&forth trip to test my pc parts at a friend's. It appeared to be the motherboard.

https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...times-it-turns-on-just-fine-randomly.3812130/

Now my motherboard worked fine for two months and it was very weird for me to have it as the problem..

in those few times that the pc turns on I got 0 problems or crashes. I can even restart as normal but I can't turn it on once it's shutdown.

I inspected it myself and I found a broken SMD capacitor on the back Right below the backplate of the CPU (B550M AORUS ELITE) and a loose one that fell off once I touched it. I also found scratches that seem to be related to the stand screws. (As shown in the pictures).

I asked a professional here and he said they should be easy to fix. Should I not worry?

I've been having issues with my motherboard recently after upgrading my graphics card. (I took it off to clean the case before installing new parts)

And It ended up taking hours to show bios screen or sometimes it just doesn't show any display for very long (20s-20mn) and when it turns on everything works fine perfectly. Even restarting is instant. But once I shutdown. It takes very long to turn on.

I checked the back and realised there's these damages.

I asked a professional and he said they're easy to replace. Should I worry?

replace these components, shouldn´t be difficult.
Should be the same capacity next to the missing capacitors

if the scratch in the 1st picture didn´t cut the lines, it shouldn´t be a problem

Is there a way to know what kind of purpose they serve by looking at the drawn lines?

And now can I know if the lines were cut.

I'll provide a clear picture for a new motherboard with no issues and highlight position of damages.
