PC Turns On but No Display

Hey, this is my first PC build. Im assuming everything is plugged in correctly considering all the fans are activating.

I am using a HDMI cable to connect to my asus monitor.

Specs:

have you checked maybe things like input on monitor? or maybe you could be getting a failing motherboard or graphics card, try to check the pcie slot and maybe kinda cleaning it, dust might be covering it. or maybe try to use another graphics card and try another monitor/cable. i cant see if the graphics card fan running or not
