Hello, recently I changed my computer's case. Other than that, I also changed the PSU. Since the casing is irrelevant, i'll talk about the PSU. I went from a cheap 380 watt psu to a budget Enlight 400W psu, which is (according to the seller) far better than my old psu. Once all of the stuffs are moved, I turned on my computer, but only the fans are working (including cpu fan). There is no display, and no lights on either keyboard and mouse.

And also one thing that may be the problem, I also changed the cpu cooler from intel stock cooler to a thing called Alta 9 (which is a cheap cpu cooler). I cleaned of the thermal paste completly with 70% alcohol.

My spec:
ASUS H61M-E
I3 3240
RX 550 2 gb
Enlight 400W
2x4 ddr3 memory
500GB seagate hdd

Solution
No problem. Pins look ok. Try re-seating the CPU, CPU cooler, single RAM only (no graphics card) and test. Test each slot on the board.
