Build Advice PC turns on but no display

Hey this is the second rig i’ve ever built and everything works in pretty sure all the fans LEDs turn on but i get no display. I just upgraded from a i5-7500 and a z270a pro to a ryzen 7 1800x and ASrock B450 Pro4 and also have 8gb of vengeance ram one stick 600 watt corsair psu gtx 1070sc a HDD and SDD. I get no display from gpu or on-board graphics. I might have forget some power? idk help me

Well the Ryzen 1800X has no iGPU so you won't get a display from the motherboard but if it's not working via 1070 then your going to have to thoroughly go through this list.
