[SOLVED] PC turns on but no display

I built my pc yesterday and there was some freezes upon launching programs and after undervolting my CPU, the display will no longer show anything after booting. Fans are all spinning but no display signal

I've tried taking out the cmos battery for 10 mins and reseating the GPU and RAM

Build:
Ryzen 5 2600x
Gigabyte 1660ti Gaming OC
ASRock B450 Pro4
Ballistix Sport 2x8gb 3000
EVGA 550 B3
Seagate 2TB HDD
Crucial MX500 250GB SSD

Why did you undervolt the CPU?

To reset the BIOS, do the following:

Disconnect all power sources (video cable, powered speakers, power cable).
Press the power button to discharge any residual power in the system (seriously).
Remove the coin battery and wait at least 1 minute before replacing.
Replace the battery.
Reconnect previously removed power sources.
Power on. Your BIOS should be in default state.
