Question Pc turns on but no display

My pc turns on but shows no display gpu fans and computer and processor all fans are working but no display
My specs:
Gtx1660 6 gb
Ryzen 7 2700
Bf450 plus tuff gaming motherboard
Psu 450 watt
One tb harddrive
16 gb ram ddr4

3 months old i bought ram and psu used

16 gb ram ddr4

to 8 gb ram one in slot 2 other in 4

Have you tried clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute)?

when turning on use one ram stick and do the same with the other one , also swap them round
