Question PC turns on but no display ?

I just put a new cpu fan on my pc, it was turning on just fine and I had display, but suddenly it just turn off and then turn on by itself with no display and now there's no display every time I turn PC on ?

i have i9-11900
Gt 730
500w psu
Asus B550 motherboard

wrong system spec. B550 doesn't work with 11900, that chipset is for ryzen

just the fan? not a new cooler?
