PC turns on but no power to my monitor, mouse amd keybord

When turning on my pc today, the pc turned on however my mouse, keyboard and monitor wasmt working.
The fans in my pc were still spinning.
And there was no beeps.

It sounds like the system never got into bios. I would try removing items until it does boot up and go from there. You might even try reseating your memory or processor.

Removed the parts and nothing, same response as before, resat the cpu and RAM aswell and the same response

Then I would say you either have a motherboard problem or a PSU problem.

Is there any way to identify which one it is??

You could use a volt meter and test the PSU 24 pin connector to see if you get the right voltages on each pin.

Checked the pins and they all seem to be working fine, so that means its the motherboard right?
