Question Pc turns on but no signal

My fans turn on. My ram is connected it is rgb so I know it is working. Buy no signal is detected. I have tried multiple screens and cables. My gpu fans aren't spinning but the led lights are on. Tried everything on the internet I could find nothing worked. Please help.

GPU; Hellhound 5700xt
CPU: 5600x
RAM: 2x8 G ddr4 3200
PSU: evga 650w 80 plus bronze
Motherboard: asus prime b550m

Note: my gpu has 2x8 pci slots but psu only has a 1x6 and 1x8. People have told me that it shouldn't be an issue but could that be the problem?
