Question Pc turns on but nothing on screen

Everything in my pc I was working except I bought a new psu and graphics card. I turn my pc on and all the lights and fans turn on. The graphics card isn’t a problem because I put 2 different cards in and nothing is working. After a while the computer turns off on its own and the clear cmos button turns on. I clicked that and it didn’t fix anything. I have a msi x99s sli plus mobo a radeon 570 gpu and the psu is a thermaltake smart 700w

Have you tried the new GPU with the previous known working PSU?
