PC turns on but nothing on the screen

Hey, so i just bought my new parts for PC:

CPU: I7 8700
RAM: G.skill 4gb ram (x2 =8gb)
M.BOARD: Asus z370-plus gaming
CPU COOLER: Arctic Freezer Xtreme Rev.2 CPU Cooler
PSU: Corsair 550W Active PFC 80+ VS550 PSU

These are the new parts and i am using my old hard drive wich is 500 gb DM

After i built everything and plugged in the psu everything turns on but nothing on the screen, i am trying the m.board without GPU atm and there is no beeping. I mean i do hear 1 beep once i turn it on but i think thats normal one beep then it stops forever.

Now after i try to turn it on it starts (but nothing on the screen) but after it start it sounds like it restart by it self after like 10 sec from starting it

I am sure thats everything is plugged in correctly so what can be the problem?

I tried clearing the battery and still the same...

I wish you can help me fix it...

1) can you check for a bent pin on your cpu/die or a motherboard short, can you remove the cpu and look at the pins inside the die for a bent pin that looks out of place, if you dont know what I mean, look at this image.

2) do you have the 24 Pin power cable and then 8 Pin Power cable connected to the motherboard?

3) take the ram out, boot, it should beep in error no ram, slip 1 stick of ram in slot A0 and try to boot again. does it boot properly?

4) take the whole thing out of the case, and breadboard it on a box, connect power cables, keyboard, and video cable only, (no other accessories, usb etc,. conbnect keyboard on the main board) try boot, what is the result?

I tried 2-4 yet nothing helped...
But idk how can the thing u wrote in 1 can help me

well simple if you have a bent pin that is your issue.. and needs to rectified. but you need to check first to confirm if you do or not to exclude it being the possible issue causing your problems.

The ram is fine.. but i will check the cpu i guess...

Its impossible to see it with my eyes trying to zoom in with phone but its hard to tell

It keeps restarting without showing anything on the screen does this info help u to figure out my problem?

I did reput my cpu cooler now it doesn't restart at all but still nothin on display...

I see no bent pin no.

It was the hard disk.... i don't know how but ye...
